    Fire and Ice… Part IV

    So this poem was never meant to be a series. I thought it would be cool to post them in succession of each other,  It was a personal poem I wrote about a struggle I had caused, sooner or later, there will be a post dedicated to that experience and what it taught me. 🙂 Hope you enjoyed the ‘poetic series’ She saw a heart caged with ancient bones A heart surrounded by mist and hail.     She had dreams on his chest endless, twisted dreams about her past, dreams about war in his chest about little toy soldiers who went before him, shooting chocolate bullets and thrusting sugarcane swords.     Fire and Ice…Part II

    They were a perfect match. Like matchsticks lit simultaneously, they burnt in sync. rhythmic. like waves. They complemented each other. they wore each other out. They burned with passion and desire. They froze time and the seasons because the elements were juggle balls and they orbited them. They withstood the times.
