Ewurabena Neequaye is a Ghanaian business leader, entrepreneur, and systems builder with experience spanning education, human resources, media, and social enterprise.
She is the Chief Executive Officer of Morning Glory Montessori Child Development Centre, a long-established institution in Accra, Ghana, where she is currently leading a transition focused on strengthening systems, governance, people management, and long-term sustainability. While new to executive leadership within education, her work is centred on applying strong business thinking, operational discipline, and values-driven leadership to institutional growth.
Beyond Morning Glory, Ewurabena is deeply involved in building and scaling multiple ventures. She plays a leadership role in HR Focus Africa and L’AÎNÉ HR, platforms that support organisations and HR professionals through convenings, training, thought leadership, and people-development initiatives across Ghana and Africa. Her work here focuses on leadership, organisational culture, performance, and the practical realities of managing people in growing institutions.
She is also a co-founder and business lead of Oasis Studios, a multimedia and creative production company in Accra, and is involved in other ventures across real estate, workspaces, and social impact. Across these businesses, Ewurabena is known for bringing structure to vision—building systems, clarifying strategy, and helping organisations move from passion-led beginnings to sustainable operations.
